My reps aren't being counted

Almost always framing. Check three things: your whole body is in frame, the room has decent light, and the phone is propped steady rather than lying flat. Beastie tells you which of these is wrong on the setup screen before a set starts — wait for the ring to fill.

It counted fewer reps than I did

That's usually working as intended. Beastie only counts reps that reach full depth and hold it — that's the point of the app. The skeleton turns green the instant a rep is banked, so watch for that on the next one.

Where do I put the phone?

On the floor, leaned against a wall or a skirting board, a few feet back. You want your whole body in shot from the side for push-ups and squats, and face-on for jumping jacks.

Is my video recorded?

No. Pose detection runs entirely on your phone and frames are discarded immediately. Nothing is uploaded or stored. See the privacy policy.

How do I cancel Beastie Pro?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Beastie. Cancelling there stops renewal; you keep Pro until the period ends.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Delete account. It removes your account and all your data, immediately and permanently.
